Swedish massage
Our traditional Swedish massage focuses on helping you truly relax. I use long sweeping strokes with the palm and fingertips to help warm the body up and identify knots. Kneading, rhythmic tapping, and vibration techniques are used to encourage healthy blood flow and relax each of the muscles. A traditional Swedish massage is our most common massage for beginners.
Therapeutic massage
Therapeutic massage works on the fascia (tissue surrounding the muscle), muscle chains, tensions and spasms that cause much pain and discomfort. It targets the source of the pain in order to tailor a specialized and individualized treatment to meet your specific needs.
prenatal massage
Prenatal massage is a kind of massage therapy that is specifically designed for pregnant bodies throughout all of the stages and growth phases of pregnancy. Adding a prenatal massage may be just what you need to help balance the chaos you are feeling both physically and mentally.

60 minute massage
- $90 for a 60 minute massage
- PACKAGE $245 for 3 sessions of 60 minute massage
90 minute massage
- $125 for a 90 minute massage
- PACKAGE $360 for 3 sessions of 90 minute massage
120 minute massage
- $165 for a 120 minute massage
- PACKAGE $475 for 3 sessions of 30 minute massage
Reiki Massage
- $65 for a Reiki massage
- PACKAGE $175 for 3 sessions of a Reiki massage
We offer insurance receipts for your therapeutic massage service! Massage Therapy is covered in many employee group insurance benefits in Québec.
**All changes and cancellations must be done 24h ahead of your appointment or a 40$ fee will be added to your file.

Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.Smiling, positive and a good listener.
Massage therapist since 2018, it was a passion for me to learn this fascinating profession, which has always piqued my curiosity.
I love taking care of people and guiding them towards their daily lives as well as bringing them some comfort, both physically and mentally. This is why I have taken a Reiki course, in order to introduce this beautiful energy in my treatments.
I am a warm and caring person and I love to be in contact with nature and animals, it rejuvenates me.
I am often told that I have magic hands! My passion, my experiences and my positive energy make me a unique therapist who listens to everyone's needs.
